Before we came to do the workshop, Janie and I had been having some problems both in our sex life and in our relationship. I decided to go along to the workshop. I’ve learnt so much in such a small space of time. Both Olly and I have been very fortunate in being in a small workshop. Hello Toni – I thought your Tantra Intensive workshop was very informative and personally very satisfying.  I learned a lot about myself-- like how to access wants and needs that I’ve rarely expressed or even been in touch with. And in my relationships, I realized how much more expressive I can be with my partners by using simple communication tools like negotiating short term contracts, and having healthy “withholds” sessions to express frustrations and feelings I have trouble releasing.

I enjoyed sharing my feelings without the fear of being judged. The group energy and unconditional love makes being “me” easy.

Every day, I discovered I have access to lots of things that I had never even thought of. For example, that your Five Techniques for Multiple Orgasm, which are used for enhancing sensual and sexual sensations throughout the whole body, can also be used to raise energy, and balance the chakras during the day.

Perhaps, most importantly, I learned many different and creative non-verbal ways to please my partners in intimate situations that will measurably enhance my sex life as well as learning how to access our own Divine inner spark to open our hearts and souls to each other. Toni De Marco’s retreat is not just about improving your sex life (although it certainly will), it is also about making sex a sacrament. The specific, easily learnt series of techniques for achieving multiple orgasms in both men and women is awesome.

Significantly, the techniques are very different and much, much easier than the Taoist method of “internal locks” (where the practitioner tightens and freezes as he holds back ejaculation).
